Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Exceptions for items that cannot be returned are detailed below.
All returns must be postmarked or returned in-store within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the original stated condition when sold, with all original tags and labels from TheFrugaling.Shop.
To return an item, you may directly bring the item back to the store. Otherwise, please send a CHAT request or email customer service at info@thefrugaling.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your Proof of purchase and RMA#, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned (Unless unknown damage or defect identified):
● Clearance, As-Is Clearance, Used (Tested), Items Sold As-Is
● Cosmetics, Beauty & Personal Care Products
● Nutrition & Home Health Products
● Furniture
●All items indicated as *OVERSIZED*
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. In cases of a refund, a refund will be provided in the same form as payment used.
Please Note
● Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Ensure The Frugaling.Shop label and/or tag is affixed
● Ensure Return Merchandise Number (RMA) has been requested and included (for shipping returns)
● Ensure original Proof of Purchase is included
● Ensure product is in the same condition as received
