WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for All items qualify for In-store scheduled pick-up. Items may be delivered curbside at customers request by calling 888-605-2994 once customer has arrived at warehouse. An associate will bring items to customers vehicle. If an oversized item is being picked-up requiring assistance, customer will be notified.. Pickups are available Available pick-up hours are provided when pick-up is selected during checkout as these hours may change. Customer will select the day and time slot desired when completing check-out with pick-up selected..

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once your order is packaged, you will receive notification via email with tracking and/or delivery information. Local deliveries will receive text the day of delivery with real-time tracking details.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes

Not all shipping methods are available for all items. Some oversized items are only available for Local Delivery or Scheduled Pick-up. Special Handling will be noted on these listings

Orders only ship Monday - Saturday and follow USPS holiday schedule

Same-day delivery and shipping not currently available for selection. However, when able, we will schedule same-day USPS pickup for shipping method or deliver same-day if scheduling allows. Same-day scheduled pick-up may be available (please select this option at checkout for current available hours).

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office

Shipments made to University Mail Boxes may require additional processing time or procedures as per University requirements outside of our control. Please see your Universities mail procedures for questions or concerns related to said policies

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
